It would actually make a pred/PW/BT build far more superior in m+ than MOC.
The GCD removal = more attacks.
The only drawback of having it tied to Fc is the CD.
Not the “loss of mobility”.
Mobility is still there, Just rewarded with buffs. You would actually be using it more than you are now.
This was the case in Cata. FC was used on CD and still worked as a valuable mobility tool. Because of its relatively low cd, it lined up with most mechanics. the fact that its even lower now is only a plus.
