Feral Artifact Mog Not Showing Up

I unlocked about 12 artifact appearances, but when I speak with a transmog NPC only 4 of them were shown. I’m also using a polearm at the moment, is it the problem?

I had this issue, but turns out you have to right-click on the artifact you want to transmog your weapon into, and you get a sort of drop-down of each colors of that artifact skin.

Yeah, my guardian druid unlocked like all skins and all colors except Tier 2-4 for PVP and that shows up as 4 fist weapons on the Legion Artifacts tab. They’re a little weird.
