when i saw that one up i did it on all 5 characters the same day to get it out of the way. I’m at 4/5 Serving the Queen though and have been waiting since like last Sunday for it to come back.

Still not up today. There are so many bugs in TWW this will never get fixed. Just keep checking every day. This WQ clearly has a much lower chance of popping for some random reason.

It’ll likely be up a lot during the Hallowfall sparks week, given the recent apparent prioritization for PvP WQs to be in the weekly sparks area.

Sometimes they don’t even change, idk what this horrible rotation is but I’m pretty sure that fending off darkness is straight up bugged and there is a chance that they will never fix it tbh

My opinion, could be wrong, but I definitely think it’s intentional. I’m sure there are people who log in some days just to check for it. If someone has the data I’d love to see what this “rotation” looks like. No rotation would miss a one one out of eight, every single day, for weeks, when there are two chances per day. Definitely wouldn’t see the same two, two days in a row, multiple times before ever even seeing the one we all want. Tons of people are going to get the achievement, and therefore the world pvp meta achievement, title, and mount, less than an hour in to the next day that fending pops up again. I’ll bet when it happens you’ll start seeing “Slayer of the Deeps” on every street corner.
