The only reason you’re even here as far as I can tell given that you have the mount already and this is clearly not a problem for you.

i know this is a mountain of posts but any updates so far? noticed we have another mount on the 9th and we still havent resolved this one 
Anyone is allowed to post here. It’s not just for people who agree with you, or are in the same situation.
Also, already having the mount does not mean others can’t sympathize with the situation.
Please don’t troll here and get this thread locked.

some people had the mount prior to the promotion.
the majority of people who participated in the promotion, got their mount.
getting snippy with people, won’t bring about a resolution any faster.

Yeah, because it’s so much fun having to share the same things over and over and over again that other people can’t be bothered to dig up themselves and be berated by folks like you.
I’m here because I do feel bad for folks in this situation and I’m trying to help provide what information that I’ve seen and found to help folks realize that they’re not being blatantly ignored. Being here on CS often enough lets me see a wide swath of information that other folks may not realize is accessible to them. And while it does get tiresome when people can’t be bothered to look a few posts up to see what they’re asking has just literally been posted, I’m still here. And when I find something new, I’m happy to share it.

Anyone with an account in good standing is able to post in this thread. They don’t need your permission. They don’t need to chime “me too”. They don’t need to insult Blizzard and it’s employees. They don’t need to post that the rest of the drops event should be cancelled because they didn’t get the pet and/or the mount.
I’m not saying you can’t post here, but if you want your problem to count in the numbers you need to post in General Discussion or Bug Reports. If you’re just here to start fights, don’t. If you are looking to see if it’s been fixed, check the hotfix blog, as the patch to hopefully fix it would be itemized there.
They are investigating the issue.
The events were planned months ago. They are done by Blizzard and Twitch together. Blizzard can’t unilaterally stop the events. The bug doesn’t appear to be affecting most players and it’s not causing problems with any accounts, so it’s unlikely they would stop the events.
I’m not sure why players seem to think because they didn’t get the pet and/or mount that Blizzard should stop the events. If more players don’t get an upcoming drops item then QA has more datapoints to narrow down what’s causing the issue. It’s also possible they found a fix for the upcoming events and are working on getting the old items properly distributed. (I’m not saying they have a solution, just that it’s possible.) Players don’t have access to any of the behind the scenes information. We don’t know what caused the bug. We don’t know that stopping the event is going to benefit anyone.

Going on day 11 since I claimed the Feldrake and nothing still. Hope we still get the mount sometime this year.

Just adding myself to the list of people who have not received the mount. I’m at 10 days and have claimed the drop and disconnected and reconnected accounts as instructed.

Um. It began on Monday, 11/28, and ran through Thursday, 12/1. So a week. Not two.

may want to use the Blizz icon at the side of the thread to find updated posts.

well, it just won’t accept the code that was given keeps saying there is an error
Same boat as most people here. Watched a valid stream on the day it was available. Twitch shows it’s awarded. Nothing from Blizz. No feldrake mount even listed in the mount list in-game.

The code should include the dashes and goes in the following format. 4-4-5-4-4 for a total of 25 spaces used. It also starts near the end of the 2nd line for the Ichabod pet.

i’ve gotten the other drops with no trouble. still no feldrake even though i claimed it day one.
