Feldrake twitch drop

its been 10 days. still have yet to recieve the drop

Ticket won’t do much good I’m afraid. GMs don’t have the ability to fix this right now.

Hopefully they can get a fix worked out soon, especially with the two upcoming drop promotions in the coming days.

Any update regarding the drops? Still haven’t received twitch drops 10+ days later. Some communication by blizz would be ideal considering you can’t resolve the issue through in game tickets and twitch states developer is accountable to fulfill. I’m sure the community would be appreciate further acknowledgment and an ETA on resolution in a blue post.

Blizzard can only fulfill what Twitch tells them to. If twitch doesn’t notify them, it’s not going to get fulfilled.

If there is an update, there’ll be some mass flooding of this thread and likely an announcement somewhere. At this point it still stands that there is no real resolution as yet nor is there any ETA on one.

It’s been almost a week and there is nothing really on what is going on with the fel drake mount!? Yet we get we are looking into it but don’t worry here is a new round of twitch drops. <3 Wow thanks blizzard. I get something happened I understand that. A week of us not getting any word on it and you dropping more twitch drops. Shows you don’t care about the player base that didn’t get the fel drake. I reached out to twitch and they can’t do any thing either. I posted to a gm and they can’t do any thing. Wow shocking! It would be nice to know what is going on. It’s quite dull that there is a few of us put in the effort for the fel drake and didn’t get it. I got the dragon kite just fine but not the fel drake. The ONLY Thing I wanted >.> Over all it’s rather scummy.

It shows nothing of the sort.

The drops promotion has been in the works for a while now. It’s not something they just decided to do. It is scheduled with Blizzard and Twitch. Blizzard can’t just unilaterally postpone it.

Look through this thread. There are Blue posts telling what’s going on. Leilleath was nice enough to link the Twitter posts on it.

You are not going to get much more than that. They are investigating the reports and there is no ETA on a fix. If you want to add your case to the reports, post in Bug Reports. QA and the Devs don’t take bug reports from the Customer Support forum and the SFAs here are not liaisons with them.

Yes, it is bad that a bug happened and players did not get the pet and/or the mount. However stopping the promotions already scheduled is not the answer. It won’t get those items delivered.

The missing pet and mount are not a personal attack on you or anyone else who hasn’t received theirs yet. A bug happened. It happened randomly. Random bugs are harder to find and harder to test resolutions. Just because there is no update doesn’t mean the issue is being ignored.

Understood. To clarify, I don’t use or have twitter. Never have, never will. Appreciate blizz using different platforms to communicate with customers and others sharing those links.

New update Now I haven’t received the pet for gifting subs. I am getting pretty disappointed with Blizzards response to their own promotion. They need to address this in a post to everyone playing game. This has taken some if the shine off the new expansion for me. I would like a better response then we are looking into it.

It doesn’t matter. There’s no reason for all this “Blizzard is ignoring it” and “Blizzard won’t fix it”. Knowing there’s a problem doesn’t automatically produce a fix. I get that people are frustrated and anxious and angry because the toy and/or the mount haven’t arrived yet, but saying that Blizzard is ignoring it or Blizzard isn’t going to fix it or Blizzard isn’t acknowledging it don’t help anything. All it does is fuel the frustration and anxiety and anger.

The Customer Support forum is a player-helping-player forum with Blizzard oversight and moderation. Go ahead and continue posting about it here, but if you are looking to get the attention of the Devs you need to post in General Discussion or the Bug Report forum. The Devs don’t take feedback or suggestions from the Customer Support forum and the Blues that post here generally aren’t liaisons with them.

I have 6 friends, 5 of them are male. So obviously, the entire world population is 83.3% male, right? That’s how sampling and statistics work?

We know it’s frustrating for you, but they are not going to give constant updates when there’s nothing new, and they are not going to shut down future promotions just for you.

To add to this, all that is going to happen is this thread (and any future ones) will be locked. There’s nothing wrong with posting every day that you haven’t got the drake yet, but they don’t need those updates. If they haven’t found a fix, then they know you haven’t gotten it yet.

I am curious for those who did everything and still have no drake (like myself), if we will run into the same issue with the promo that is for the Windsteed.

It’s a bit more than a minority… otherwise there would not be this much talk or posts about people who haven’t gotten it.

There’s talk on here, WoWhead, Twitter, and across multiple Discords. That’s not factoring in the people who are affected and aren’t posting about it. Half my guild is affected but they’re not here making posts. It’s not a majority issue but it’s definitely not a minority issue.

You’re welcome to believe what you’d like. I’d bet my account on what I’m leaning towards. Just for the giggles, take into consideration how people flood the support forums when a realm goes down or even just maintenance being extended. Those threads go nuts. Those threads balloon in numbers.

This thread, by comparison? The majority of it are people posting multiple times throughout it. Sure, you’ve got some folks popping in once just to chime in that they hadn’t received their loot, but then you’ve got the same people coming in to post that it has now been X number of days every couple of days. Me alone? I’ve posted in her dozens of times repeating the same things over and over and over again because people are either too lazy to actually read through the thread to find what they’re demanding or don’t care enough to but it’s easier to just throw rocks at Blizzard for not acknowledging anything at all - when that’s not the case. Or those who keep complaining that their tickets are being closed without resolution, when again - there is already a reason why that is the case and how useless it is right now to keep clogging up the ticket queue if someone takes the time to read through things or actually look it up themselves.

Just by sheer definition alone. If it’s not the majority then it is, by default, the minority of ** people who are not getting the drops for whatever the reason is. I’m not trying to minimize the effect and irritation this is having on people, but all of the hyperbole and misinformation that’s being touted about like it’s affecting nearly everyone who opted in for the promotion - that is where the problem lies.
