I just disconnected and reconnected, to be a guinea pig. If I don’t get the mount because of it, shrug.
But hopefully they can figure this out either way. Cause this is ridiculous, and the fact another Twitch Drop is planned worries me.

In the same boat. I have checked and rechecked and it is like the feldrake no longer is in game??? I also claimed the night of the xpac drop and nothing. Was hoping after reset yesterday that they would look into it … but I guess they are “still looking” into it…

I agree with this 100%. I feel it would be the smart thing to do. I have guildies who got theirs ( they claimed the drake the night of the xpac drop and the day after and got theirs, i claimed mine right when it was available since I started watching at launch and claimed while i was online which was during the server fiasco). They find it funny that people are if you will " up in arms about not getting it when they did everything they were supposed to" but I am sure if it was them they would feel the same, it suck’s to feel like you will end up with nothing because something happened to make them not show up and the vibe of nothing will really be done is being given.
It’s day 8 according to twitch and still nothing. I hope for the best but expect the worst.

Uh, the majority of folks got theirs without issue. It is a minority of folks who didn’t. Why? We have no clue. But if it were a majority this thread would be in the thousands by now and likely hundreds of individual threads locked up in an attempt to keep people in one spot.

They still have the Perpetual Purple Firework Toy promo to do.
It runs from 13 DEC 2022 (starting at 3:00 PM PST) until 28 DEC 2022 (ending at 11:59 PM PST).
That the Twitch drop promo was set up well before there were the issues with people actually getting the drops. Months before.

Didn’t receive mine either. I have oppened a ticket and they closed it without saying anything to me and still no mount.

They will keep closing tickets since it is a bug and a known issue that the GM staff, the people who answer tickets, can do nothing about.

Support could at the very least, link people who submit tickets to a blue post about the issue so they can have some sort of information to refer to, instead of just closing the tickets with no response. I think thats what most people are taking issue with not that support isnt magically giving them the mount. To people who arent on twitter or on the forums support just closing the tickets with no response probably feels like they are being totally ignored.

Hello! While I agree that this may not be a “majority” problem, it would seem that there are quite a few people experiencing this. Since we are not privy to those numbers, I suspect it is happening to far more people than we realize. There are a lot of people who have never, and probably never will, post on any forum; but are still reading and looking for updates and fixes without opening tickets or complaining. Until now, I was one of them. This is my first post ever.

Most people don’t visit the forums. I personally know at least a dozen who still haven’t gotten theirs. They’re just waiting.
And if I know that many in my small corner of WoW, I think it’s more widespread than you think.
