I saw that warning and figured it would give me an error when I tried to reconnect, but it didn’t. Went right through like normal.
I disconnected from the twitch side.
Settings->Connections
You might want to try also disconnecting from the battle.net side
Account Settings->Connections
It won’t let me post direct links…
There is a 7-day cooldown to attach a different Twitch account. If you’re attaching the same one, there is no cooldown.
This is a good recommendation. Reconnecting on the Twitch side may help things update.
It’s definitely worth a shot if you are waiting for the feldrake.
I tried it just now (disconnect from Twitch, disconnect/reconnect on Bnet, same accounts) and still no drake. Oh well, it was worth another shot!
How long did it take for it to appear for you? After you did all reconnects?
Not really sure. I did it at night and it was there next day in the afternoon when I logged on.
Oh cool maybe theres hope for me. I reconnected but so far no mount.
Day 7 for me also with no Feldrake. I disconnected and reconnected my account so maybe I’ll get it tomorrow.

For those who just attemtped what Xenny did, do let us know tomorrow what occurs as I would be interested if this is a fix, i’ll keep waiting but… yeah good on you Xenny it’s something worth hoping for.

Hello, we know about the problem with drake drop and we are working to resolve it in the best way.
There have been multiple acknowledgments both here in this thread and on Twitter. Both are linked in this thread many times over. I don’t know how much more acknowledgment you want? The majority of people got their drops with no issue at all. It isn’t massively widespread to necessitate more announcements than what has already been provided.

Like most people, I was in the Twitch Stream Day One once the promotion dropped.
So I did what everyone else did… I watched for four hours, got the Twitch Drop, and redeemed it on Twitch like I did my Dragon Kite.
Only I go to my ‘Mount’ Tab in Collections in-game, search for Feldrake… and it doesn’t show up AT ALL, even when I narrow it down to mounts from the Trading Card game.
And despite all this, I’m still scratching my head over this ordeal hoping that there’s a rememdy to it sometime soon.
Did you have an unopened present at the top of your mount tab?
