Feldrake BUG and Blizzard - Twitch Drop and My experience/opinion

Hi Blizzard,

I was playing during launch while watching Asmongold, so I was there during the whole server lagging and DCs fiasco.

I also claimed the mount as soon as it was available since I was watching a stream from minute 0. Claimed it in the first 4 hours of the xpac while the servers were still having issues.

My twitch and battle net accounts are correctly connected, however, I still didn’t get my mount.

At this point in time, I think it’s a well educated guess to assume that this problem is likely on Blizzard’s end, and is related to the Dragonflight launch’s server issues.

Frankly Blizz CS saying they are aware of it but not saying they are working on it doesn’t sound good to me. It sounds bad.

To me it sounds that they are aware but are not working on it and maybe never will.

I’d rather they just tell us they are NOT working on it if that’s the case, instead of barely giving us any info and not saying whether they will work on it or not.

I’m enjoying Dragonflight but this definitely sours the overall sweet taste of this expansion up to now.

Blizzard just says on Twitter that they’re aware and give no ETA on a fix, and don’t even mention if they’re working or plan to work on a fix. They also appear to pay more attention to twitter than to their forums, as they barely post here.

As a customer it disappoints me, that’s all. And I am entitled to complain. If and when they reply, as a customer, I want an objective reply of whether they intend to work on it or not so I can move on.

This vagueness leaving things up for interpretation and dragging on people’s hopes, expectations and emotions/thoughts over this mount is annoying and is +1 reason on my list of reasons to cancel my sub.

The second I find playing WoW boring or Blizz continues to screw up on their end and they don’t even give me a good reply when my experience and those of many others are harmed due to a bug that leaves us out of a cool reward I’m likely to unsub.

I love the game but when my experience is harmed on a personal level and I feel like they’re leaving me out to dry it bums me out.

I’d like a better response and better actions from CS/Blizz team in the future, but I don’t really expect it from Blizzard at this point.

I quit for the entirety of Shadowlands, come back happy and they already screw me like that, feelsbadman.

I don’t have infinite patience. Blizzard is not some poor indie company that just launched their game and is busy so we should be easy on them.

They’re a multi-billion dollar company, their CEO gets bonuses in the hundreds of millions, and where does that money come from?

It comes from me. And from you. From us.

They have all the tools and budget necessary to deal with whatever problem comes their way.

I’d like a crystal clear answer on whether this will be worked on or not. That is NOT too much to ask.

I just logged on this morning, and I had my Feldrake there, showing up as a present! I had given up hope already. I had opened a ticket, but it did nothing.

So, it took almost 2 weeks, but I got it. I don’t know if it helped that I kept the ticket open even after a response.

Yes! They sent the Fekdrake to those that hadn’t received it a few hours ago!

I was missing the Dragon Kite pet too, and while the Kite didn’t come together with the drake, I did receive it as soon as I claimed the newest hatchling pet drop they have available.
