At least you have an interesting class specific farm that earns you a good amount of passive gold income on top of your free mount. 
That being said, uber rares on a overly rapid seasonal (actually, the phases are faster than “seasons” so maybe we should change this term) are so fast that they should update this as well as things like Blade of Eternal Darkness to 2%.
The should also be “generous” with THE GOOD LOOT from sunken temple. Its kind of trash to only have a few solid upgrades over gnomergan loot. With double the raid size and less than half the lockouts, its simply not possible to get many of those items.
