hey folks it is I Xourist Grim.

okay did the name drop hehhe. guys im having a little trouble with the game im primarily a solo player. im what you would describe as a hardcore casual hehhe. i farm for certain achievements n what not.

so like my issue arrived with the 12.1 patch. and the coil isle stuff. i recall hearing you have to complete x ammount of chapters to unlock the new zone. i immediately go i JUST completed the midnight story hehhe. im not complaining here what im asking is is there a way to unlock coil isle without doing the whole story or is it mandatory?

just curious how it works im going to go hard on fishing hehhe.

but yes guys all help here is deeply appreciated! note: i cannot do group content cause my mom i live with mom interrupts me all the time. i literally ate the leaver debuff one time in a group cause mom called me away to do some random stuff it happens all the time so i just play solo hehhe. less pressure that way!

but yes guys let me know what i can do about coil isle and feeling discouraged! part of my issues is im schizophrenic irl so that causes me to have a hard time with wow! anyway guys thanks for the help yall you guys all rock!!!

You do have to complete the Midnight levelling campaign and get to Level 90.

it doesn’t seem that you have to do anything else.

Would probably make some sense to get some gear after dinging 90 though. You probably don’t have to, but at least replacing some levelling pieces woule likely make it easier.

i heard the new campaign is mandatory to unlock the portal at least! i did the midnight stuff already so like im good to go im working on the coil isle stuff on my main.

The portal to the coiled island isn’t rewarded for completing the campaign; you receive it by completing the new prey quests that Astalor gives.

i appreciate all the info i got rocked atttempting the nightmare prey stuff even on my level 90 guardian druid heheh. i got a lot of gearing to do i suppose. anyway you guys thanks for any and all help i appreciate it a lot!!!

so far: ive completed midnight story and a few other random stuff. ive attempted one prey hunt so far. ill keep you guys posted on how i progress but you guys all rock thanks for all the help. its good keep it coming!!!
