Literally nothing about this set ever remotely resembled a warlock and I’m confused how anyone ever saw that color scheme or those shoulders and thought “ya know, I bet a different helm could fix this.”
Tier sets should be about the class first and the raid tier second, not the other way around.

A jackalope and a moose both have horns but one is definitely a rabbit.
This tier set was like rough draft priest gear from the get go and some kind of high tech horns doesn’t really tilt the balance when it was clear the entire set lacked warlock inspiration.
I unironically love the WoW fanbase on twitter. This new helm is 10/10.
Class fantasy is a nebulous term, but I think 9.2 tier sets have the weakest class fantasy so far of any tier set.
Like you can at least justify stuff like Azerite Gear or CN gear not matching certain classes looks because it wasn’t supposed to, but there isn’t really any justification for calling 9.2’s gear “tier sets” outside the actual set bonuses making a return.
It just looks like leveling gear with more spell effects slapped on it.
The Warlock set still looks like Priest or Mage gear, but at least it no longer looks like a Klan robe without the shoulders, I guess.

Horns are poorly done imo. Make them bigger/more curvy (use the mop challenge mode set as what could be ideal).
Looks like small female goat horns when we need big horns like a RAM.
