Feedback: No thank you.

The demo was fine, it was nice to see old models and an undamaged Barren so this feedback isn't about that.

My husband was very excited that you guys changed your mind on Classic. It's the only version of WoW he truly loved and he really enjoyed playing the demo.

However, when he found out that "Classic" will have sharding, and anyone with a current sub can play, he said a big nope. He feels that sharding kills the community feel that Classic had and he also feels that allowing people with a current WoW sub in will breed trolls. It will become the new Goldshire... a place for an army of level 1s to hang out when they're bored to troll Trade Chat. He would have rather just paid a separate $15 sub to play with people that had a real interest in this version of the game.

I'm not going to argue with anyone and I can't stop you from trying to say "you're wrong!" Have fun arguing with yourself because I'm not getting into it with anyone. I'm just leaving feedback and that's it.

Thanks for reading.

What on earth could possibly be wrong with making Classic come free with a retail subscription?

Calm down friends. There won't be sharding. At worst there could be sharding in the starting zones for the first few weeks of the game.

Personally I have fond memories of seeing hundreds of Forsaken in Deathknell and think that experience should be shared with a new generation, but adding minimal sharding to the starting zones is NOT going to prevent me from playing the game. It will slightly diminish my confidence in Blizzard's grasp of what makes Classic so unforgettable, but in the end it's not a dealbreaker.

I want to see Party Leader and Raid Leader chat be the same color as the rest of the party/raid again as it was in vanilla (always hated the color change ever since it was added). But it's not a dealbreaker. I don't want bnet integration either, but it's not a dealbreaker. I would feel more confident if the game was not built on top of latter-day WoW's core, but it's not a dealbreaker.
