• Developers’ notes: We are iterating on the tier set to address some pain points while retaining its identity.
• The Venomous Abyss 4-Set Bonus has been updated – Consuming Divine Purpose grants Divine Arbiter, empowering your other Holy Power spenders to unleash an arbiter of light at their primary target, dealing Holy damage and Holy damage to enemies within 8 yards. Cannot occur while Divine Arbiter is active.
• The Venomous Abyss 4-Set Bonus – Divine Arbiter damage increased by 35%.
• All damage reduced by 6%.

So this works with Word of Glory too? That’s…interesting.
What about something like “if you consume Divine Purpose with Final Verdict, your next 2 Final Verdicts grants Divine Arbiter. Consuming Divine Purpose with Divine Storm, your next 2 Divine Storms grants Divine Arbiter.”

That way ST stays in ST, and AOE stays in AOE.
