Most people only got a few maps all season so one guaranteed(ish) map a week is a buff most. They also increased the crest rewards so if you use the map on a t11, you get 10 gilded crests. That combined with the 21 gilded per week from t11s gives you enough to do a myth craft every other week.
If you have maxed hero tier and trinkets with myth crafted everything else, you’ll have an average ilvl of 671, which is around Myth 4. For solo content, that is fantastic. No one reasonable expects the best of the best from solo content.

I am happy to what blizzard did because i can still upgrade my character at my pace .
delves ez and full of noobs getting welfare gear
unleash prenerf zekvir on em
I’m dumb I just read yesterday what the updated ilvl for champ/hero/myth will be.
That is incredibly welcome. I’m only after Mythic pieces because of the appearances, so I’m only getting those with the Gilded crests trading-upgrades or Bountiful maps. And by the end of the season, which I don’t really mind.
I kept wishing those maps were Warbound because this character got like 9 of them, and I don’t really care for the Druid tier appearance, and yet my Warlock (the only class I want the Mythic tier recolors) saw only 3 the whole season. Having one guartanteed map a week is really great.

On Icy Veins today they posted the new road map of everything gear-related for S2.
If you do a Delve 11 you get the same gear as a M+2/3 key. and another 10 levels so 649 if it’s Bountiful. This is the same level as the 1st boss (often he trash loot boss) in the raid on Heroic. No one who enjoys Delves can not get Myth gear. So much for the 3rd pillar of WoW gearing

They’re also buffing runed crest drops so we’ll be able to upgrade that hero gear and providing enough gilded crests to sustain myth crafting. Maxed hero tier/trinkets with myth crafted everything else would give an average ilvl of 671 (around Myth 4) next season. That’s a perfectly fine cap for solo content.

Ah, yes, solo players don’t deserve better. Mythic track is clearly reserved for people who can get carried by their friends.

Can we please get a chart (or charts) summarizing gear and crests from delves, similar to the one provided for Mythic+? Ideally this would include the following for Tiers 1-11:
- ilvl of loot from Bountiful Coffers for each tier
- ilvl of loot from the Great Vault for each tier
- ilvl of loot from Hidden Troves for each tier
- rewards from each level of Nemesis Strongbox for each tier
- number and type of crests from each tier
Oh wow! Gilded Crests 3 times a week! Only! Wow so generous! Wow def not you STILL shoving raids down our throats! Wow devs backpedaling on their idea of Delves being “pillar content” How can it be pillar if you won’t let it stand on it’s own???

where is the myth track loot of this end game pillar? you guys never fail to disappoint
It’s 21 Guilded Undermine Crests a week. 3 CHESTS with 7 crests each.
Still low to me (should be 30) but it’s not just 3.

They say that they are changing delver bounties such that we should get one per week. A delver bounty used on a t11 gives 10 gilded.
I suspect the most efficient week for a delver will be 4 x t11 and 4 x t10. That will yield 31 gilded and 92 runed.

That’s not terrible to be honest. You can upgrade two pieces a week, which is kinda what I had in my head with my post above.
Regarding the treasure map in S2, I saw a description on it written : you can use this map for any delves that’s level 4 or above and then your drops will be linked to the difficulty of the delves you finished at the end.
So my question is :
Is there a restriction on how the map can be dropped on a minimum level of delve difficulty?
What if players will just farm some level 4 delves for the map and then once they get it, change to level 8 to use it?
Well, if the map is weekly restricted to one, I don’t see any reason why to not allow this. After all, if they are adding bad luck protection to the maps and you don’t get it in the eight delves you ran for the vault, then you should be getting one fairly quickly anyways.
Well this will be the same situation in season 1 that players keep doing level 1 ‘?’ 8 times to get their weekly vault and then they nerfed it?
I believe they only drop from tier 4 and up but don’t quote me on that.
I supposed someone could farm 4s to get the map then change it to 8 to use it but that seems like a waste of time. You’d get the map but you’d lose out on vault. If you are in the situation where the map reward is useful, then the vault is also.
And why does it bother you, that people get gear?
Yours will be better if you do higher content.
But not being happy if others get some stuff, esp. if they are not +good+ as you is rly poor behaviour.

I’m sure this is a bit late but some things I do hope will get addressed in the future
- Allow us to see what story the delves are from the map instead of having to physically go there to find out
- I really hope you guys iron out the bugs next season, in the Underkeep when doing the pheromone story, after halting those 3 clones or w/e they are called they had a tendency to fall through the floor but would eventually come back up
- I find it weird that the third endgame pillar for PvE isn’t supported by the Adventure Guide. No way to know what abilities the boss(es) have, no loot table with no idea what trinkets will come from delves, and delves having no category in the Traveler’s Log. Plunderstorm and Pet Battle made it on the list but why is the flagship mode of this expansion not on there?
