I don’t think it’s likely that we’ll see any change that will include seller information in the commodities buy windows. Seller information and stack size of individual auctions (as opposed to number available at a given price point) are likely attributes that have been removed for efficiency.
It’s been a long time since I felt like seller information was relevant. Back in the day you might decide not to buy from a certain person because he was a jerk in a recent raid, but LFR, cross realm zones, and cross faction auction houses have made many interactions anonymous to the point that you may not even see that player again, much less have their auctions be the lowest for a given item.
Also, as Spodge had mentioned, I know I have never personally reported anyone for botting based on their AH behavior. Addons like TSM have simplified things like posting, canceling, and sniping to the point that it would be hard to say “that’s a bot” as opposed to “that’s someone who really knows what they’re doing”.
