He’s a Mech. They are heavy. Try carrying a 200 lb parrot on your shoulder.

More importantly, why can we not use him as a mount? I want to be carried everywhere dangling upside-down from the talons of a tiny industrious robot bird!
Followup questline reward: a Feathers module that grants you a dialog option to switch modes much like the Reaves modules.

I just now got the pet on two toons. So, now I know what everyone’s talking about. Egads, I’m clueless.
Feathers must have flight-assist mechanisms somewhere else on him. There’s no way that he, with the surface area of his wings being what it is, that he could carry any of my toons.
He would make an interesting mount, carrying us around by our ankles, upside-down and backwards.
