why can’t monsters get along with other monsters
Having had a very bad traumatic childhood that shut me down sexually and makes it almost impossible for intimacy at any level, this is my battle song.

Another one is one I admit got me right in the heart. Just like “oh…nice words…I don’t usually get those aimed at me”
I can feel the thunder that’s breaking in your heart
I can see through the scars inside you
There was just something with how those little lyrics were delivered that made my eyes water. It’s like those moments in a show where a character gets hugged, is immensely confused and not used to hugs. Then they just start crying and cling to the person hugging them.
