Any Thrice album does the trick for me. Sometimes I get super mellowed out and do some Album Leaf or Helios. My music tastes are a bit bipolar.

I’ve just started to put together a playlist of songs that I enjoy and just listen to that whenever I play games no matter what I’m doing.

Most people would probably cringe at how disorganized it is, there’s not really a connecting theme between any of the songs.

Same stuff I listen to for most other occasions. Other games’ soundtracks. :stuck_out_tongue:

That’s not exactly intended to be a jab at WoW, but outside of the login screens and twenty-second city motifs there’s not really a lot of memorable music here. So I listen to other stuff. Ace Combat, Uncharted, Okami. A lot of the usual Nintendo fare, because they just keep getting more fantastic composers than third-party developers. Pretty much anything by Falcom is usually fun listening – I’ve been replaying some of the Ys games lately, and there’s a reason its music helped shape video games for years to come.

Lot of Drum n Bass, Tropical/Deep House, Chill, minimal techno and such. Lot of EDM music basically. Band wise, I listen to a lot of Hollywood Undead.

My favourite song at the moment is probably this though.

As a side note, if you’re not playing Alestorm as an outlaw rogue, you need to rethink your choice of spec.

It could be anything. My main love is Classical, but I like country, hip-hop, Christian music, rock, metal, soundtracks, I mean I can just list stuff forever.

This is what I just listened to a few mins ago. It’s Christian, sorry if that’s in bad taste to anyone here. I love this song anyway, great lyrics and Rachael Lampa’s voice is so beautiful.

…I’ll play whatever while gaming or doing whatever.

Love them, they were one of the very first metal bands i got into as a kid… I saw their first video clip on MTV 37 years ago :smiley: after that it was Napalm Death and a mix of metal and punk, The Cure through an early goth phase… 80’s and 90’s were amazing for music imo, but I guess we all say that at some point.

Now for me its still very heavy darker metal, some electronic stuff like Combi Christ and Metal Dubstep (especially on the DH in pvp)

I like listening to mega man, gba pokemon, Metroid, earthbound and other games like these ones because I really love the old digital robotic sound of old game sound tracks! So nice

Love those bands so much!! Lamb of god is my fav band of all time!!!

I also listened to Whitechapel (so far their new album is heavy and dope)

And if you want some really heavy stuff check out code orange!
