Far too many people are trolling addon discussion threads

And those fall into the category they are right to purge, as long as they design the game with that in mind. They’re addressing this somewhat by making all interrupts last longer in PvE environment and I’d imagine they’d also reduce the amount of overall kicks needed per dungeon. They also have the option of having their own tools to help coordinate interrupts in a party.

This example has nothing to do with what I was talking about though. Of course they should be selective with which things they allow, but just going scorched earth and blocking everything will result in a net negative for a huge portion of their player base.

More likely an indicator that most are in favor of AddOns removal?

If only the devs actually used the feedback…

we were told that we’d be able to test before the nuke

pre-patch ptr?

“Feedback” as a scapegoat to get what you want back and thinking that your opinion matters more than any others when you don’t have the right assert your opinion being more important than anyone else’s.

Just depends on how much faith you have that they’ll be able to implement the feedback…

I understand folks saying that pro addon people are overreacting but it is what it is.

?
The addon sint done thinking about physical disabled person nor mentally disabled people.
The high end content which the addon is made for isnt also done focusing on them.

If you believe otherwise then you beleive former stephen hawking would be able to play wow endgame.

Stop scapegoating like please. You people should know they are retooling the game across the board. By making everything more approachable and streamlined and easier. And in prepatch manaforge is getting nerfed to the ground to fit the new style.

Trolling is subjective. If someone thinks someone else is trolling, never publicly call him/her out, instead only flag cause moderators will determine if it is or isn’t trolling.

Trolling is subjective cause one person may find the post funny and another one may find it offensive or upsetting. It’s kind of like Cards Against Humanity. There are some who do it on purpose and another does it on accident. Don’t fall for the bait, let the baiter fall first. Trolling and baiting are very similar but are different. I won’t go into details.

given the right tools ive no doubt stephen could figure that out. he was a pretty smart guy.

Hoh, it seems i have been summoned

Trolling is a subjective word. I’ve been called a troll for having a opposing opinion while genuinely using quotes and sources to back up my information.

Unless you have these disabilities I feel it’s unethical to use them as leverage for your side of the argument. Allow the players who have these impairments make their case.

That happens in every controversial topic. I’ve had MT artifact appearances threads reported, same with one button rotation threads.

just because players give feedback, doesn’t mean it needs to be acted on.

not all feedback is good.
not all feedback is relevant.

far too often, we see: “no point giving feedback, they don’t listen!”
…when what they actually mean, is “they didn’t design the game to suit me!” :rage:

Hopefully blizz have reached out to some of the guilds which have players with vision impairments, hearing impairments, motor impairments etc, and are currently working with them within the alpha.

With the steps they’ve taken over the years to make the game more inclusive to everyone, it seems a little weird that people think they’d suddenly start backtracking.

tell me you don’t do mythic raiding without telling me that you don’t do mythic raiding.

Also yeah, I’m right there with you as far as my account being that old, but sorry to inform you as it’s clear you’re not doing the top tier content (at least not anymore); the game has evolved. But I guess we go back to you either trolling here or… well… my less generous view of you lot.

Unethical, but more effective than saying “gibs me dat, I wants dat”

Definitely been my gut feeling seeing the endless sea of these types of posts.

I’d like a game that’s designed for all of us. Isn’t that what the point of feedback is?

The more players there are the happier I am generally. I want everyone to be able to play the way they want to.

What is this ethical use of the forums rubbish lmao :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
