No. He needs to work with the tickets he’s put in. There are no GMs on the forums. Nobody here can overturn an account action nor are they going to go into any detail with regards to the account action (especially with a third party).
Re-making a thread that’s been closed is also a violation of the forum rules. Add to that the discussion of account actions and you have two clear violations of the forum code of conduct.
