I had (2) accounts banned on Monday of this week with no reason given in the email. The email only stated violation of EULA. Also, the subscriptions on the accounts were not terminated as I have seen people post with previous bans. I was not able to log in to appeal this ban, so I submit an appeal from a separate account. Early Tuesday morning I received a reply from Blizzard Game Master - HeraTseng explaining that the review was completed, and accounts reopened and Hera offered their apologies. Fast forward to today (Friday - 3 days later), the same accounts are banned again in similar fashion. No explanation given just violation of EULA, no subscription cancellation notice. Additionally, they have removed the feature to be able to appeal a ban by submitting a ticket. You must go to the new “Account Restrictions” page. Unfortunately Blizzard has banned these (2) accounts from even logging in to battle.net so I cannot log in to go to the “Account Restrictions” page from these accounts, and you cannot complete any action from another account because they have no active restrictions. Any idea how to proceed?
Response from GM on Tuesday:

Greetings,
Thank you for contacting Blizzard Customer Support.
I see you contacted us to appeal a recent accounts action. We have completed our review and reopened your accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
Eula happened because you either bought ur account. Selling items for rmt. Botting. Or bought so much gold they genuinely straight up jumped to a perma ban from all games.
Tough. I don’t believe you because ur a human warrior on nightswipper and blizzard doesn’t just hand out Eula’s for nothing. You must of done a big no no.
I don’t need you to believe me. It was literally reviewed by a Game Master and overturned which should be evidence enough that I am telling the truth. Every single ban or account action is a violation of EULA in some form or fashion. Legit bans that aren’t the result of a crap algorithm typically come with a reason attached.
I’d reopen or submit a new ticket. If you can’t under the original banned accounts, open it on your new Battle.net and reference the old ticket number.
Thing is they disabled opening tickets. There is a new page for Account Restrictions and it looks like a new system. Let me know if you might see where I can submit a ticket like you were able to in past, even up to Monday of this week.
If you are having difficulties navigating the system, you may be able to get some direction by posting/moving this topic to the Customer Support forum.
Not sure if they can but it’s worth a shot.
Good luck.
Post on the CS forum maybe you will get more help there they dont really check this one at all as theres been a thread openly talking about private servers for days now
Weird. I just checked and the old link took me to something that said “you have no account restriction” and didn’t give me an to make a ticket. They must have updated the system.
You can try nueces’s link and try that forum. The posters there are generally very helpful and more informative on what the current systems are.
