I am glad they caught you. Anyone playing 20 hours a day should be permanently banned for their own health. It would be a huge liability not to. You have a serious problem even if you weren’t cheating which I highly doubt.

Nobody is obligated to take somebody’s word, at face value. If I choose to not believe everything I read on the internet, I’m perfectly within my right, to do so 
I mean, people (and I do mean all of us) do lie. Or, at the very least, give us a portion of the truth. To purposefully leave out other details that may color them, in a different light. In order to twist the narrative in the teller’s favor.
It’s a habit we all (and I mean all) do.

Playing way too much is how the PVP ranking system is set up. Don’t hate the player, hate the game.

I hope you’re legit, though tbh 17-20 hrs a day sounds a bit excessive for a ranker. I thought the whole idea of brackets was to shorten the play time. I also hope, as a ranker, that you did not harass those who did not wish to subscribe to brackets.

BR1 premades start at like 8:00ST to sync AV queues up until reset (already 17 hours) and I get a game or two after reset, about 19 hours avg. We just do it from Weds and cap on Sun. Can’t really afford to play less if you wanna hit cap cause of the long queues on Horde tbh.
Usually just doing 17 hours up til reset, but this week the queues were abysmal.
Imo the brackets shorten the overall playtime (like # of weeks taken to rank up) rather than the # of hours required to play. And no, def would not harass people.
Go to the support section of the account settings, there is a “Live Chat” option. Just get your information and evidence readily available and talk to them. They are very reasonable in direct interaction.

Remember Corona virus was a thing.
I’ve seen this from many players - seems more likely to be “non-participation” ban in PVP.
I doubt they will reverse, I have yet to hear of a single person getting this charged reversed before the 7 day ban has naturally elapsed.
Get ready to add 2-3 more weeks of the grind.

Corona or not. Playing the game for 17 to 20 hours seems really excessive, but to each their own.
