Falling through the floor then DC

Hello!

Dont know if this is the right place to post this but on one of my alts I hearted to brill and that alt just falls through the floor and then I dc :confused:

Any help would be welcome :slight_smile:

Leave the character alone for about half an hour and then see you can log into it and be someplace safe and non-disconnecting.

If that doesn’t happen and you keep disconnecting after logging into that character, use the self-help “character stuck” service on this webpage:

(The “click here” link in the sentence " If you can’t log in with the stuck character, click here to start the service from the website.").

I am also having this exact same issue on my main in Bastion. I fell through the floor and now every time I try to log on it DC’s me. Should I do the character stuck as well?
