I also target boosties, in battlegrounds, they’re made out of paper and worth as much honor as anybody else.
The dozen or so lvl 52 blood elf paladins in every AV are also easy targets. Sweet sweet blood elves.
This is why I play on PvE servers. I am no one’s content, or pressure relief valve. The only thing this shows new and potential players, is that Classic’s “community” has far too many maladjusted people who really need a new hobby.

The wildcard here is if Blizz decides their future revenue stream is in jeopardy. People may not buy a similar thing like the boost/mount in the future if it causes them grief. I could see Blizz reacting to that.

I am a veteran wow player that boosted because of time constraints. Now I will pretty much go sit on my warp stalker just to see what happens.

Wrong. On a PvP server there is a solution … PvP.
Blizzard has often and emphatically stated that they will not intervene and that it isnt considered griefing on a PvP server.

In the debate to go pve or pvp one post somewhere made a lot of sense.
Will you be ganking people open world?
If no…pve server and get in line for bg’s.
And thus pve was selected.
I don’t gank. When it’s time to carebear it’s carebear time. Pvp time… bg.
And I am well versed from eve about ganks and campers. I don’t need it in 2 games. And eve gives many ways to burn a camp to clear it. I see an 8 man camp. I work my skills and experience to clear the camp.

Camping someone is perfectly fine. Camping a group of people is perfectly fine. Doesn’t matter why you camp them.

See in eve some of our ganker crews rp I t. They at least give it a sense of style with a rp story of fighting oppression by the evil Care Bears and such.
Some have the rp of fighting for the rights of rocks miners mine. They defend the rights of the asteroids to exist and deem miners as poachers.
Still low grade hacks….but I do like their rp stories a little I won’t lie.

Yep. Camping is a pvp strategy. A very sad one…but a strat none the less.
Just so happens on that server you have enough mindless twits in thrall of streamers on some halfassed jihad against boosters its extremely irksome.

Why any normal person would want to play on a server with the same idiots that spam WoW streamer chat on twitch is beyond me.

Next retail expansion for WoW is going to be called Battle of the Boost and finally Alliance and Horde will be allowed to group together to battle the one true enemy, Monetization!

Basically this. When I want to PVP I queue rated or a BG, when I’m out in the world it’s to get something done. Stopping to kill or be killed every 15 minutes wastes my time.

2 whole guilds killing individuals because of the mounts they ride on.
I hope they are flexing their muscles hard and patting each other on the back. Obviously these are top tier PvP players that need numbers behind them to kill.

People always want Blizzard to be the gank police. “It’s ok to gank this person but not that person.” They’re not going to do that. You either deal with it yourself or roll PVE like the rest of us.

I don’t feel pity for these people.
If you buy boost, you’re saving time, don’t blame you one bit, even if I don’t like boosts.
If you buy mount, you give them incentive to add more mounts to store.
People on mounts get no pity from me
