So, Elemental Equilibrium legendary (and ability) are for Elemental, not Enhancement. It does not do anything for Enhancement.
I’m only ~1600 rated at the moment, but in PvP gear my stats looks like this:
1245 Agility
23.89% crit
10.97% haste
22.27% vers (31.18% with trinket bonus)
23.83% mastery
So this boosts my damage by 54.98% on top of agility bonus’.
I don’t use Earthen Spike because it’s bad compared to Ascendance.
I have Niya fully unlocked, so when I cast Fae Transfusion I get the mastery buff.
In this setup, it does ~25k total:

This isn’t much better, notice how my crit is not actually buffed by Earthen Spike - I think this was a timing issue, the FT cast might have ticked before the ES buff was applied somehow, maybe a bug.
This was about 24k too because I didn’t crit as much.

So about 31k with only 2 crits. It definitely makes a difference, but it’s not great.
Note that in PTR this will be 25% higher, and the heal will be about 62% higher (heal is buffed by 50% and the damage that the heal scales off is buffed by 25%, works out to about a 62.5% buff to the heal).
However, actually using it in PvP feels pretty good even on live.
If you can get someone in a cap stun straight in to FT, it’s going to remove over half their health bar before cap wears off. If you can get them in to a stun at 50-60%, then it’s almost a guaranteed kill, with the 25% buff… it’s going to be exciting
