Facts about tacos

Mexico is in a really sad state. There are even people getting kidnapped and decapitated in the small village my parents are from. I wish I could go and visit my family, but it’s too dangerous. (Sorry for sad in taco thread)

In these times of a lack of respect for the truth, no truer words have ever been written in GD.

That said, I won’t claim I’ve never had Taco Bell, but when I’ve gone there, I was under no illusion that it was actual food, little less mexican food. It might be properly characterized loosely as mexican inspired food like ingestibles, but even that is being charitable.

Curse this thread, I’ve just had dinner, but now I want tacos.

My daughter loves tacos. I make them a few times a month. I also make my own corn tortillas. I just made a large batch this past weekend. I usually make the tortillas the same day I plan to prepare tacos, however, I always freeze some of the tortillas in case I don’t feel like doing that.

I’m making taco bites today.

Half of what you said is wrong but the other half is absolutely correct.

I’ll let you decide which is which.

I have not seen del taco since 1998. When I was stationed in Cali. The east coast knows not of this great chain that I know of. At least philly region.

edit: it is missed…it buries taco bell

As a central Midwesterner, the East Coast is missing all the good stuff. East Coast sucks.
