How do the faction transfers work in WoTLK? Do I keep my mounts? Do my horde mounts (Undead skeletal horse, Tawny Wind Rider) Swap to alliance mounts? Does the faction rep transfer as well to Alliance from Horde (Example: Horde expedition rep)

Yes to both. They will swap to their equivalent version for mounts and Reps

So your Skeletal Horses would turn into the corresponding Night Elf Saber mount.
Dang, was hoping the mounts would turn into gnomish mounts since I’m swapping to gnome. Oh well…
But now you will have the superior tiger mounts, and without the rep requirement. And the gnome mount can be purchased for a low fee.
