Since the patch, I am unable to faction or Race change, it goes to the step where you hit accept after clicking on your character and then nothing. The accept button vanishes and the screen stays on the character screen instead of moving to the character edit screen.

Same with name changes.

This is happening to me as well. “You’ll customize your character in the next step” but nothing happens, no option to click anything.
It just gets stuck
Also having issue with faction change, stuck on the “customize your character in next step” as others are saying.

someone on another post about Race change not working said this, but i didnt see what they were talking about on the support page. They said there was a banner stating the temp disabled thing but i didnt see the banner.
