Eye beam buffed?

I’m using the reworked talent, but it’s literally the same, not doing the cast 50% faster and not doing 50% more dam.

yeah my tooltip is showing 50% damage/duration instead of the intended 20%, eye beam actually feels like a longer cast than ever. maybe because i was expecting the opposite lol.

Eye beam is currently bugged.

Its not bugged the change never happened, thats not a bug, thats laziness

for the few changes they did, and they cant make things work … pfff… zero quality hows is like the QA didnt catch that?
