Extremely low fps

I have always experienced such low FPS in WoW and i seriously don’t know what it could be and my specs should be just fine in order to run atleast a stable 60-70 in raids/m+ and hell even dornogal but maybe i’m wrong. My discord is zexsii if anyone has some recommendations.

SPECS:
32 gb ram
rtx 2070 super
asus prime x570 pro
ryzen 7

My specs are outdated i know and it is probably time to upgrade but my fps makes the game honestly unplayable and it’s not enjoyable to play on. When running around dornogal i tend to freeze up and average about 15-30 frames. It was just as bad in dragonflight always. In LoU i legit freeze non stop and get like 8 frames, i just can’t play the game on that. My graphics are all set to low (view distance 1 etc) and it still doesn’t help. I’ve disabled all addons and tried playing that way, doesn’t helps. I’ve tried optimizing my UI (elvui) for performance and that doesn’t fix anything either. I’ve tried everything in the books. Maybe its time to rebuild.

doesnt hurt to upgrade if you can afford to…but dont underestimate the games ability to screw it over too.
There was one point back in BFA where Im riding and really high FPS and then it dropped to like 10. lol.
I stopped, backed up the way I came and it shot back up…well over 100FPS.
I moved forward and and it dropped.
There were no other players in sight, I have no clue why it was doing that, but for a while that day it did.
somedays I hit a hub and lots of players and FPS are great…and then two days later I hit the same hub and theres like 2 players there and my FPS bottom out.

I have no clue what does it. My connection is fine. Latency will be fine…bliz would have to explain what going on with weird things like that to me.

WoW is incredibly CPU bound, the whole ryzen 7 thing could range from a current gen CPU to one from 2017. The new 3D vcache chips are supposed to be really good for WoW if you are planning on upgrading your CPU.
