Correct, which is why you canāt stress test it because you need players to initiate it. Itāll start happening the moment we all start swarming the servers once they go live.

They need to just start overestimating their times, give themselves 12 hours and if they get it done sooner cool, if not, and it takes the full 12 hours, then no big deal. Instead they choose to still only give themselves 8 hours, then delay several times.

Implying that their IT team is incredible due to the valuation of the company is not as easy as āIf A then Bā. After all, Activion/Blizzard had a net worth of over $20B last year. Last week Crowdstrike was worth over $70B. (lol).
I am not surprised, just disappointed. You might think that after all these years of doing updates they might have figured it out by now.

2 hour delay? Who could have predicted that??? Pretty typical for Blizzard at this stage. All the good developers and VPs have left over the past 5 or 6 years.

I have crippling insomnia, so this evening delay for me on the east isnāt a problem. You know what is a problem? Scraping up my pocket change to be able to afford these warband tabs.

I learned with Blizz never expect so Iām never disappointed.
At least servers are back to showing up just not active, So I would guess they are in the testing loop if they go down again that will mean there was a new error found, all would go down to do updates and reboots, A new major update tends to for some reason have issues, I would think that should never happen in a perfect world.
