I just adore the extensions and the way they are served up a la carte. You know if you need an extra hour, how would you know you need 3 more? think it would be even more satisfying if the extension were served up inn 30 minute or even 15 minute increments! Why settle for 4 extensions when you can have 8 or even 12!! You know , lunch runs late sometimes. As long as you’re out the door by 5pm, whats the diff? Its maintenance Tuesday!!! Yay!!!
Correct i am! I also pay for my internet but sometimes that goes out for days at a time where I live. I dont call them or write them incessantly complaining that my moneys being wasted

Its not about someone changing the entire company structure nor is anyone asking for that. I get credit back on bills and im fine with that. But people like you think its okay to be taken advantage of which is why companies continue to not care. I shouldn’t have to ask for a credit back companies should go hey due to issues on our end heres a credit back for time loss. Nobody is asking for the world they are asking for what they pay for. Im sorry youre so passive in life you want to be walked on but not everyone wants to be taken for a ride.

Back when WoW was new, weekly maintenance sometimes lasted into the next DAY.
They also used to credit me for time lost such as that, I haven’t seen that in some time. Yesterday was my whole time off to play, sitting in the conference room chilling before my shift gets moving right at work right now.
I got home after work, when I logged on and it had just went down (usually get off at 7, it goes down at 8). I’ve gotta go to bed around 1-2pm to get back up at 9 to get back to work again. If I want to play it’s between then.
I’m tired of paying for 3-4 days a month that are unusable to me because literally half the day is down.
if your internet would go down every week for 5-6 hours, you might actually complain or change providers… if not, it sounds like a you problem

Asking for a refund on a service that was not provided but I paid for has nothing to do with having a life or not.
