Said it before, will say it again.
If Blizzard can keep pulling out variants of Thalassian elves, then there’s no reason there isn’t some super glacier out there with a much more peaceful branch of the Drakkari, probably worshiping some Walrus Loa, who would end up as the successors of the Empire.
So, for right now, sure, the Drakkari are all but wiped out. Doesn’t mean it will stay that way.
