It’s the same craftable ring, except now instead of doing 10 +16s or 700 2400+ cr games to craft a 418 one you can now just…grab the item and whip up a 450 pvp one.

Yer. Statuette of Foreseen Power, for instance, is precognition, and can be purchased on the auction house.

it’s not new, it’s the same crafted ring that existed before that many players crafted for BiS stats except you can make it scale now.
look at that titan signet this guy has. imagine that, but it can scale to 450ilvl (max pvp ilvl) that’s all it is

Which doesn’t count towards the embellishment cap, along with a few other things. I think you can use these to recraft an item and drop it’s embellishment so you can use an embellishment in another slot later on if you decide something else is better (like that tank cloak, heh)
Recraft with this to remove embellishments, I think.

You can only get one a week from the pve or pvp quests. This week does have the one time only quest to exchange one for two, but after that… only one a week from any source.
Unless you are behind, then there is a catchup system where you can get more than one.
Yeah, there are four of them that don’t count towards the embellishment cap, but just as might as well get the food buff, parachute and bandages for world pvp if they don’t count against the cap. But, that is way down the list of priorities of what to spend sparks on.
Seems to be a good way to fix an error later on, though.
There are three different trophies to convert pve gear to S2 pvp gear. You get two of the three trophies this week from a quest but the trophy that you would use to craft a ring won’t be available until next week when the conquest vendor is upgraded.

because you can’t have 2 of your BiS stats from the vendor alone since they’re unique equipped. crafting fixes that
Conquest neck and rings are heavily vers weighted and you’re limited to one of each secondary in the case of rings unless you want to grab an honor one.
Crafted stuff has a 50/50 split, and allows for something like a second haste/vers ring.
So you saying yes to the ring???
