Been looking for this item in Torghast for months now. Is it even still available or was it discontinued?
It took me 10ever for it to spawn in the vendors for me. It was laughable how long it took me to finally see it to be able to buy it. Some people got it the first time they queued into torghast, others, like us, are just unlucky.
Word on the street is that it only appears on the broker vendors for Layers 9-12, so it is possible that you might not see it on Layers 13+ (which can spawn different bonus cosmetics for sale).
Also, it can spawn on Adamant Vaults broker, so do try to get a perfect score on Floors 1-5, and don’t kill brokers.
Finally, this may just be a psychological thing, but some people buy up any other cosmetics that spawn, in case that increases the chances of the toy being selected on future runs.

Typically this. I ran Torghast to death (Ha…Sorry) and have no cosmetics left but I know I haven’t gotten to 13 and up because of ilvl requirements, that was before Season 4 though. And sure enough, I don’t have any more to collect but surely there’s some I do need.
As for toys goes, I dunno where that Anima Cell is. I do remember running the “Gauntlet” once and beating it but I dunno if that’s where I got it from, it does have its own set of rewards based on difficulty too.
