Hello,
I put in a ticket because I borked a server transfer by sending gold to a toon in the process of transferring. It’s taken almost 2 days to get a response, and the GM needed more info. Looks like the response put me back in the queue for at least another 2 days.
Are these “more info” tickets expedited? If not, can they be?

If you added the info to your current ticket, then those are handled in a separate queue and shouldn’t take as long

OK, so it definitely looks like I am back inside of a very long queue, and not part of a separate queue that will move quicker. I see a wait time of almost 2 days to resolve this not including the past 8 hours since posting this.
Is there someone from customer service that can expedite this request?
That’s not a counter for your ticket. It is for the oldest ticket in the general queue. And yes, it might still take some time, but it shouldn’t take as long as the original ticket.

You will see the overall wait time, not how long your particular issue might take to get to.
No, I’m afraid not, Rubyist. If that were possible nearly everyone would do it, which would be a mess.
