I’ve heard similar things about preservation. It could use a few nerfs tbh. Devastation I would like to see some buffs via the PvP talents. I don’t want it to be a gimmicky spec that one shots people though. I would prefer some good utility

Purge or perish.

You need to have an offensive dispel or the Evoker can’t be CC’d

After priests being able to legit just come back from being killed, I stopped pretending they even try to balance healers in pvp.
