So my issue with evoker transmog is not even that you cant change the base dragon set, But the fact that you have to change your entire human form transmog to fit your base dragon form set in order to make it look decent in both forms. The shoulders stay the same in both forms so if you want to match the shoulders in dragon form you have to use those shoulders in human form as well…and vice versa. If you have a cool human form set and you change to dragon form you look like a complete miss match clown because the shoulders stay the same and no longer match the dragon armor…imo you should be able to have 2 different shoulders for each form if you cant transmog 99% of the gear in dragon form.
