At the same time, for an evoker is not ok to compete in PvP against evokers that have 7 ilvls more in a weapon ( that is a lot) + a special effect.

Or in m+ be considerably weaker than other evokers that raid.

the weapon its self is only a buffer, its not something insane. its giving a random person 3% more stats. Yes it will make that person do more damage over all, but it can actually give that person the worst stat for them. It isnt going to be #1 m+ item for Evokers in the top 1%… maybe 3 will have it if it stays mythic. .if it goes Heroic, i can expect ALL of them to have it.

a 57 ilvl upgrade in LFR? lol no most of those people are hitting 20-30 ilvls below the drop rate so it would be 80+ ilvls lol

That’s not a good argument, considering the probably .08% of people who will have it if it’s Mythic only.

You’ll never see them.

But the fact an important legendary for a brand new Hero class isn’t even accessible in Normal or Heroic is just an asinine decision, given similar ones were in the past.

because i dont know if you know this… outside of tier slots in the first few weeks, people dont generally do LFR unless they are on some extreme alt… You will get these Mythic raiders in LFR as a healer having to slug through det 10 groups just for 1 extra chance at a Legendary item. Normal is even a push. The mechanics on Normal are basically non existent, you need 1 person to do a mechanic every so often, everyone else can just tunnel and hide at a certain point.

The legendary itself is kinda whatever if you ask me but lets say i apply to a +25 key and another Pres Evoker also does but has the big shiny orange, who’s getting picked even if every other metrics between both of us are equal? The guy with the weapon written in orange.

first up. Gear means nothing over skill… i dont think you understand how higher keys work. If you have done some you are probably the carry.

Second, you can not see items people have equipped with out a third party website. Sure you can invite them and inspect but if you are inviting and inspecting for that specific thing, you are probably the carry.

Third, The item its self is not made for healers or dps. It is oozing the same mechanic that 10.1.5 Augmentation spec is oozing. The same thing that the Enchant oozes… What will happen with Augmentation is, that will become a mandatory weapon. The enchant will become a mandatory enchant… and the spec will just give MORE stats. Dunno if you know this, But Augmentation not only has a healing aspect to it, but its Fire Breath into Living flame heals allies and buffs them. So you will not be using fire breath aoe living flames on enemies unless you already have the buff up, which you wont.
