It would be cool if it unlocked for the world now. They kept it a secret, though datamining exposed it. (Bad encryption maybe?)
In either case, it’s cool that the world first kill got the world first legendary. That’s very cool from an MMO achievement POV. But at the same time, I do hope it’s no Mythic-only now.
