Purge should not be baked into a spec’s rotation. I vsed double evoker while getting elite on my resto Druid today and they both had over 25 dispels against me every round. Unreal that this ever was possible to go live

Not that the devs balance around PvP, but if they did remove firebreath purge, rdruids would have to take a paddling somewhere to make up for it.
I think it’s fair to say the only reason we don’t see more Rdruids is specifically because of evokers, double purge teams etc.
I don’t understand the logic of nerfing klepto to have some counterplay because being able to instantly dispel everything in 1 global was too strong but then let dragon boys do it.
If nothing else, it’s really irritating that them stripping all of your hots off only counts as 1 “dispel” so they don’t even get punished for doing it.
The second one in particular should really be changed.

I thought you got Silenced for stripping HOTs if R Druids took Resin
Not from breath dispel no. It count as 1 dispel so you strip everything off for free.

Let’s talk about how other hybrids’ offensive purges shouldn’t have been made prohibitively expensive at 10% mana, meanwhile Arcane’s spellsteal is free. Nothing has any cohesion anymore, all arbitrary nonsense.

Pres needs brought up in healing to feed on the out of control rdruid meta currently
yes, actually, they do count as multiple dispels. I always get silenced from rdruid’s Resin pvp talent because of it.
Pres is really good it just doesn’t have the mana bar anymore with a game as damp as it currently is.
Pres shines in quicker aggro games as they add so much damage and don’t have a mana bar. With the game the way it is it’s hard for pres to be good.
Just kick the fire breath
pres already does alot of healing it is just mana inefficient compared to rdruid hpriest hpal mw
Yea rdruid teams should be near free wins for evokers. If you can land a cc on the Druid and dispel all their hots while cleaving it’s very hard for the Druid to recover

Didn’t paladins get nerfed for this very same mechanic? I swear paladins had dispel linked to their rotation and it was determined to be garbage
Personally I think no class or spec should have a dispel tied to their dps. Dispelling should be a choice that comes at the cost of dps
