Evoker Changes needed, feedback, what you guys think?

On beta there was huge feedback, unlistened by blizzard. Guess people dont care anymore

I am confident that Evoker as a class was thought of as a healer first. Prevoker feels so good. Devoker needs some love to feel complete I think. I’m not a class designer, so any suggestions I say would have to be taken with a grain of salt overall.

I agree, also i think they were thinking about adding a tank spec but cut it. In any case though, this is what we have.

What do you think of the proposed changes ?
