Keep in mind, Evokers also use Arcane. The Aspects are Arcane users, as their power comes from Order.
Also: it doesn’t make up reality. It’s simply the most commonly perceived in reality. It is considered the “base fabric” of the world, though, because Azeroth is a Titan. So I’m assuming that’s what you’re referring to.
