ETA for WoW to be playable

probably some time next week, same as every launch.

I don’t know about that. I feel the issue is more about plopping the entire population of WOW into the same spot all at once.

Legion and BFA had multiple starting areas. Shadowlands had the ICC stuff and then the Maw before sending everyone to Oribos which throttled the population.

Now both Horde and Alliance have to phase into the same zone all at once.

I’d be willing to be it’ll be playable in two hours.

Once you get on, there’s a buff called ā€œWaiting for the Defiant Dragonscaleā€ that lasts for 1hr that people hypothesize is some sort of queue for the boat. So maybe an hour?

Is it obvious? Because its more like blizzard messed up.

so far i’ve cleaned my bathroom, did some dishes, worked out for a bit then took a shower.
now i’m starting to chip away at some homework.
all while ocassionally poking the ā€˜login’ button just to see if anything had changed.

all in all its been a really productive evening, more people should try it.

We just need to wait and see

Revising my earlier estimate of ā€œnext month.ā€ Asmongold just got booted offline, it might be fixed quickly now.

I’d say… after extended maintenance tomorrow. I doubt the hour is going to do it.

That buff just lets you see the timer bar over the dockmaster’s head – if you click it off, the bar over his head disappears

Everyone knows this one: Soonā„¢
