Omg I remember after playing a tank in eso for weeks then coming back to wow to tank and I literally fell asleep in dungeon.

Haha everything in game if you sub… except for most of the cosmetic stuff. Or the actual expansions.Oh you got a handful of crates free for subbing. That got you everything right. I understand you like the game, but you don’t have to come in here lying. No game is perfect.

Since we are back to eso though I wanna pint out for the short time I played I found it pretty fun since I played it controller style. These games are so much fun using a controller I almost want to set up a controller to play on wow

Lol…I get it, now you are just trolling us. But lets look at that pay to win crown store noone likes to talk about.

To start, buying crowns: Best Deal $150 US dollars for 21000 crowns. 140 Crowns per Dollar.

So can you buy with that dollar…

An extra character slot - around $10.25
Upgrade your mount - (takes 3 months in game) $7 per pack, $210 to get it done in 1 day
Race Change - $22 pretty close to WoW there
Faster leveling - $7 for 10 hours of +50% xp

They also sell races, classes, and the ability to play across factions that you can’t but in game.

Seems like a super legit system to me.

Edit: Forgot my favorite one: Crafting research time reduction - $35 to reduce it by 15 days or $3 for 1 day. Brilliant money maker right there.

you can sub and get free crowns you dont need to pay for anything i never have and have 4 max chrs in eso while i only have 2 in wow.

they give you incentive to sub with faster leveling its included in eso plus.but you dont have to buy it.

Let’s be fair though, if you actually WANT something in ESO, like that cool new mount, you’re probably going to end up paying out the butt for it because they don’t let you buy it flat out out, it all comes through crates.

Geez, this thread devolved into name calling pretty fast. Everyone has a different taste in games. Fortnite is hugely popular and I find it more boring than Cookie Clicker, for example. ESO’s race models are honest to God horrific (honestly all Elder Scrolls character models are horrible) and I refuse to play it as a result. That isn’t to say the game isn’t good; I’ve got friends who play it. But that’s a subjective opinion, and you’re coming to another game’s forums to crow about that one.

Try and be understanding of both sides. One game is preferred over the other, and like all forms of art, each side will have its fans.

wow typically copies whatever how new mmo comes out and hopes that their nostalgic player base of loyals will keep them afloat.

Good call. Didn’t even mention locking the best stuff transmogs and mounts behind the loot crates. Thanks for reminding me.

But don’t forget, we are talking about the best MMO of the year here. Way better than WoW.

They gave everyone a free mansion unless expansion and transmogs aren’t paid?? You just use gold at the outfitter. The paid part comes at recoloring costumes?

Also I still have yet to buy a eso loot box.

you can sub and get 1500 crowns a month free and save those to buy crown crates its not that big of deal and yes people have spent 5150 for crown crates but people like swifty and you ttwitch streamers pay more then that for all the faction and race changes they do.
