Thanks for the shoutout, Blazestrikes
I just wanted to hit this thread here, too. We are seeing issues with older Killer Network adapters currently and we’re gathering reports on this situation. Some situations have been due to VPN virtual network adapters changing the protocols as well. If you are running into this issue, here are some of the workarounds that we have found so far:
- Disable any VPNs
- Reset the network devices and flush DNS
- Reset the TCP/IP and Winsock:
- Right click on your Windows Start Menu, and select “Command Prompt (Admin)” or just search for Command Prompt and right click, run as administrator.
- Now type in or copy and paste, “netsh int ip reset” Press Enter.
- Then do the same for “netsh winsock reset”
- Try Killer’s Guide here.
- Try a different network adapter if available. If you do switch to a different network adapter, make sure to run through the bullets 2-4 again.
- Check for any network adapter updates and windows updates.
We are gathering your reports. If you are experiencing this issue and the following steps do not resolve the problem completely, please let us know!
