thanks for the help!
Is this getting fixed with the maintenance thats about to happen?

this worked for me:
/run for i = C_MountJournal.GetNumMounts(), 1, -1 do if C_MountJournal.GetIsFavorite(i) then C_MountJournal.SetIsFavorite(i, false) end end
Run it and it should ask if you want to enable scripts
I ran it again but maybe just once is ok. no more issues.
I wish, at least, as a fast work-around while we wait for a real fix, that suggestion has worked.
Reloading and choosing any realm with any characters on my main account crashes as soon as I attempt to access the collections tab. Thought maybe it was doing this bc of an apparent update that just installed for the game about 5 minutes ago from blizz. But it’s still crashing with the very same error code: #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception! and information about Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION saying “The memory could not be ‘read’” I know my system is not the fastest, but now I see I’m hardly alone here in needing this sorted. Nothing to do, I guess, until it is fixed. Hope that is soon. Pre purchased the epic edition of dragonflight. This is not fun. Thanks for anything that fixes this huge issue for all of us
100% the swift mount from Evokers and if you have it set into your favorites.
Easy temp fix was buy a Heirloom upgrade piece, right click and it will take you to the mount tab. QUICKLY unfavorite that cursed mount and you should be good.
Mount is called Guardian Vorquin
This actually worked for me. Thanks !!!
This fixes it. It moves the mount from favourites which allows for collections to be used again. Blizzard needs to fix that mount if it can take away an entire function of the game or at least warn people.
This worked for me. Thank You!
Excellent fix!! Thank you for this!
