There is no way to account for unique players. Even Blizzard wouldn’t have data. They would of course have the number of accounts online and the number of accounts coming from a single address, but not if there was a different person behind each account.
The most accurate you can get is unique accounts online, and surprise we have that data.

While I agree we need more alliance. This part is a layering issue not a population issue. My dalaran is all red most of the time.
Do the math… 3k alliance, 5k horde
As for layering. There is no way people are getting stuck on such 1 sided layers unless blizzard has totally screwed that up too cause my view is horde and only horde as far as the eye can see
I came here just to say that
We do need more alliance though, so Alliance plz xfer. TODAY. Xfers close tomorrow
Join the discord. Everybody wants this server balanced.
I completely agree. Hopefully the people in the benediction queue are paying attention to wowhead or something.
I’m trying to get the word out …
Reddit deleted my posts about it
Really? The benediction board?
Wow classic board. I’ll try bene board
Do the wotlk one as well. It’s been growing
Yeah, so many people took it! That’s why benediction still has a 10k+ queue daily.
Blizzard is never going to lock just one faction.
You whine about a few hundred or a thousand players because you aren’t dominant. We get it. Go play a single player game if you want perfect balance. It will not happen here. Or better yet stick to Benediction and enjoy no sense of community with your one sided imbalance.
Bruh. All fun and games until you’re dead more then you’re alive.
Then the minority faction leaves.
Then you’re paying $25 a char because the majority faction peaces out.
There is no easy solution to faction balance because it fluctuates throughout the day. You literally cannot have it. Better to deal with a minor inconvenience than a huge one. This has been discussed to death and does not need to be brought up again.
This is why war mode exists on retail. PVP servers are terrible.
It’s just more hardcore players play on them which is why they’re so popular. A lot of people want to be where the community is.
I can agree to that to an extent. I know people do not like CRZ but I’m quite fond of it in some cases. Seeing people out in the world is great.
Levelling on Eranikus has been generally pretty chill for me. Even last night, a horde rogue jumped my warlock near a bunch of other horde players.
I killed the rogue, and none of the other horde attacked me.
Mostly, WPvP has been small skirmishes and generally 1V1s. Lots of fun.

grobb was 60-40 for the longest too, in alliance’s favor, up until a year or so.
Balance is fine, pvp happened on a pvp server
