If it werent for the 125-conquest Id never run these things again. Way too many premades. Its just not fun content anymore.

Epics are the worst mode of PvP in the game.
I have to do 3-4 dailies every day… and I can barely stand it.
Once my community is up and running (We Count Down From Forty) we can just run 5 mans all day.

Epic BGs are only one mode amidst the several others for PvP. In other words, they’re unique maps/metas that can’t be compared to all the other modes, including wPvP which is just zug.
I don’t understand why anyone who really dislikes epic BGs would even bother queuing. Since crate farming exists. Or even if crate farms aren’t up you could still get more enjoyment from just playing modes other than epic BGs. Right?

lmfao they used to be… when there was a good arm wrestling match, a good working push-pull. now its just smash or get smashed. thats it. IT seems baked into the game system now, and its MORE than just premade energy… know what im sayin’?

Too many weak players crying cause they can’t run around a pillar and win a match. That’s the issue, the lack of control. They want easy fast wins. That’s why people leave wg and av.

We disagree…. something is going on in BGs in general. Epics are simply not the same. ITs more than premades and adhds crying. I have no problem losing a match, but when the other team doesn’t die, the resources (numbers) get played with.. and you are magically dummied by random insta enemy, its obvious AI or something is messing around. Ashran for instance, the winning team usually has a resource meter that literally doesnt move for multiple kills. the list goes on and on. But just keep believing all the games are legit, and its just bad players…. its ok i get it.

this toon has capped honor. if i wanted i could send honor to my 90 from my 80.
lets talk about you thinking an AI bot is in charge of epics instead of you just not knowing how they work.
i just wish i could blacklist ashran and wintergrasp on the epic bg quickplay
also doesn’t help that so many people leave wintergrasp every match that I get wintergrasp about 9/10 times when I q up for epics
wintergrasp is a special kind of awful similar to the old strand of the ancients, I don’t play wow pvp for these stupid vehicles
I tried it and it was just lotsa flying and wasting time for 60 conquest a pop. Wasnt fun.
And alliance AV goes like this.
Rush south ignoring the towers and grave yards while horde gets towers and GYs then alliance sits south and waits till horde wins.
Blizz’s class design, lack of adjusting/fixing maps, lack of tuning NPCs and vehicles, and lack of balancing in general has made epic BGs into something where the most ‘powered’ team will usually win.
So basically just treat them like a zergy PvE raid, take for granted the handful of smart people playing objectives, and you’ll probably win if your team has more/better healers and DPS (RNG matchmaking).
Oh yeah, I’m really not sure what else to say about alliance pugs/solos/randoms except they’re usually quite bad. That’s why so many of the smarter alliance play with communities.
Hordes have gotten worse than they used to be, but if it’s pug vs. pug they’ll probably beat alliance most of the time.
This is a time honored Alliance traditoin going back decades, I will not tolerate it being bad mouthed!

not even though… seems many, if not most matches have the same overall power on paper. IE same honor lvl gear, same conq gear etc. Sure healers make a difference, but being clobbered by equally matched opponents is SUS af. Ive been on winning teams that are under geared, nooby and generally normal. yet we completely smashed our opponents. Usually when i play my horde toons… we just seem to win often for literally doing the same things ally does. you tell me what causes that?
A lot of Epics are the same people over and over - and Horde just has the better BG players. I’ve been trying to convince myself for 3 months now… that it’s safe to go back to Alliance.
I’ve never seen anything like it.
They legit need the Auggy premade to run 24/7.
Even in Randoms… if they’re not rocking a 5 man - it’s usually a stomp.
Alliance does seem to do well in Brawls… for some reason. I’m guessing it’s because their good BG players can’t merc Horde in Brawls. I think a lot of it has to do with merc mode.
