Epic Premaders Can't Even Stick Around to Fight Their Own

In video games, an exploit is the use of a bug or glitch, in a way that gives a substantial unfair advantage to players using it.

World of Warcraft’s in-game code of conduct states that “exploiting other players is a serious offense and will result in harsh penalties”. Other activities that are considered cheating include:

  • Using third-party programs to automate gameplay
  • Exploiting bugs
  • Engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage
  • Scamming
  • Account sharing
  • Win-trading

Sorry some random forums mod doesn’t set rules Hirav, Blizzard does.

I don’t care how you define it, I care how Blizzard defines it.

The forum mod relayed Blizzard’s policy, not their own opinion.

An exploit (short for exploitative method) is a way of playing [World of Warcraft] in a manner that was clearly not intended by [Blizzard Entertainment], in order to gain an advantage over other players.

No, they didn’t because that’s not blizzard’s policy. Idk why you have this idea. Forums mods are in charge of the forums, that’s it. They don’t speak for blizzard.

You’ve never worked in a corporate environment then.

So, we can ignore this:

Or can we ignore this:

These are posts by forum mods. Are they their own opinions?

I have, you clearly have not if you think a forums mod speaks for blizzard. In fact, I run my own ranch, so I am my own boss, and my employees don’t speak for me. You simply make this claim because it helps your narrative.

That is not a corporate environment. That’s a small business.

You might be corporate if you ran 40 ranches. But not 1.

Doesn’t matter. Your statement is claiming an employ of blizzard gets to set the rules. That’s simply not true in any situation. Now a rep would make sense, a forums mod is not a rep.

So answer my question from above…

Can we simply ignore this post?

It’s from a forum mod. Is it their own opinion?

How about this one:

Is that them saying something different then blizzard? No? Cool thanks for posting nonsense.

I saw that edit.

Anyway…

This doesn’t say anything different from the Blizzard policy either.

Just because you want to use your definition of the word ‘exploit’, doesn’t mean that Blizzard uses the same definition.

He is saying something different then blizzard.

Repeating the same lie over and over doesn’t make it true. Just makes you look ridicules.

This isn’t Blizzard’s policy. It’s your interpretation of the EULA.

Incorrect it’s how blizzard defines exploiting.

Where?

The EULA certainly doesn’t define it, nor does the CoC.

If you did a 5 second google search of “how does blizzard define exploiting” you would know.

It does you just have to be able to comprehend it.

Do you mean WoW Wiki? The fan made site?

That is even further removed from Blizzard than a forum mod is.

Are you sure you want to use the definition which WoW Wiki uses?

Warcraft Wiki is an officially recognized wiki

It uses the same term literally every other game does lol so yes.

It’s a fan made, third party site, where you can login yourself and make edits.

It is not official policies.

We aren’t talking about other games though, so the definition which they use doesn’t matter.

Show me a different definition then. And I mean gaming definition obviously. But I already know you won’t because you refuse to give it because it destroys your whole argument.

Go edit it then
